Nicole N. cancelled a booking 1 day before it was scheduled to begin.
Booked her one day, 3 drop ins for 60 minutes. She didn't stay fully 30 Minutes each stay. After confronting her, she confirmed that she left earlier and didn't complete the 60 minutes stay. She refuses to compensate for the incomplete service she provided. Unfortunately I had to give 1 Star.
Nicole went above and beyond :)
Nicole did a great job overall of taking care of my cats. Highly recommended. Very reliable and great communication.

Besides going to college, I do babysitting and pet sitting part time so I have lots of availability! Weekends I am usually available any time.
