*Celiac, milk and egg allergy safe* I am a mom to a shepherd rescue and a previously feral cat, as well as many plants. I have been pet sitting for 9 years, but have had pets my entire life. I am now settled into my career, and just looking for some ways to earn some extra cash and hang out with some cuties. Comfortable with dogs and cats, and willing to learn about critters (I have so far taken care of a hamster and fish). I am actively involved with multiple dog rescues, as both a foster, volunteer, and was previously a foster coordinator. I have experience with bathing, walking, playing, feeding, administering medications (both oral and injections), and providing daily groomings and upkeep of the animals and homes. I am currently learning hand signals in order to care for deaf dogs. I am willing to travel to most areas within Winnipeg Drop-ins: dogs get a 15-30 minute walk, less time if they are being fed or brushed. Cats get fed, litter-box cleaned each visit and play time. I recommend a minimum of 2 1-hour visits per day for dogs House sitting: I will follow your normal routine as closely as possible. Outside time as needed. Litter box or puppy pad clean up at least once per day. *while house sitting I can work around all common allergies to ensure you and your family are safe* Dog walks: this is a walk only, 30-60 minutes Doggie day care: your dog hangs out here during the day. Plenty of walks and indoor play time. *dog and cat friendly dogs only Boarding: your dog vacates at my home! No yard, your dog must be comfortable to walk on a leash (I do not take dogs on off leash walks. For any stays booked after April 7 2023, there will be a $10 fee for key pick-up/drop-off. To avoid paying this fee, lock boxes are recommended.
