Fun loving dog friendly family
Our motto is to be the People Our Dogs Think We Are. Which includes trust, kindness, respect and fun. We have a big fenced yard for plenty of space to run around. Our house has a doggy door for easy in and out access to the backyard. Our dogs, Lilu and Bento are medium size, litter mates, that have been crate trained. They have been trained not to steal food out of hands and not to beg for food. We don't often reward good behavior with treats unless requested. We also trained them to listen to commands and for the most part they respond well. They have been trained on and off leash. They rarely bark unless they are excited to play. They love meeting other well mannered dogs and are very dog friendly too! Most importantly, our entire family loves dogs and we love to be active with them.

Our senior dog "Mongo" enjoyed his stay with Nicole and Matt. He made himself right at home, lounging on the sofa, exploring the yard and napping. Thank you for caring for our ol' boy. 🥰
Nicole Burns has watched my three pups multiple times both at my residence and her residence. She has a great spacious backyard where my pups can run and lounge with plenty of shade. She is timely in picking them up and even takes them for their daily walks in her fantastic neighborhood or on the trails. She is one of the kindest dog nanny you could find! Highly recommend!
Finding a reliable caregiver for my pets, who can not only meet their basic needs but also provide the love and attention they deserve can be a difficult task. Despite my attempts to prepare pet sitters with instructional notes, videos and charts, many fall short in understanding the specific needs of my pets, as they are not pet owners themselves or don’t have multiple pets like I do. However, with Nicole, I never have to worry. She goes above and beyond in caring for my pets, and the excitement on my dogs' faces when she arrives, with tails wagging, speaks volumes. She is very thoughtful and thorough in ensuring their routines are followed while I’m away. Nicole doesn’t just come in to fulfill her duties; she genuinely loves animals, whether they are hers or someone else’s. I completely trust her with all my pets, including my farm animals. I have no hesitation in recommending her for pet sitting and other pet services. I wholeheartedly endorse Nicole for anyone seeking a compassionate and dedicated pet caregiver.
Nicole has taken care of our pets and home for years now. She is extremely responsible and goes out of her way to make sure our animals are happy, taken care of and our plants are watered. Hello, I have known Nicole and her family for 8 years. In that time they added two dogs to their family. I go on regular hikes, walk in the neighborhood, and go to eachother's houses. Her dogs are always well-behaved; they have great recall and are not aggressive or territorial even when Nicole is not around. I also have an Australian shepherd named, Riggs, that is lovable and very active. Nicole and her dogs have always been so good with Riggs, even when he was a puppy. Nicole's dogs helped train Riggs on how to act when other dogs came to my house and vice versa. Nicole is an excellent dog caregiver! She is very helpful and kind to my dog as well.

Schedule
My husband and I both work from home. We often take dogs for walk early in the morning before the day starts. We often take them for walks later it the day, especially as the day cools down. We live near hiking trails and will often visit those areas for more active hiking. We feed our dogs 2 times per day, morning and early eve. We have taught them to only eat from their dishes at the same time. If there is another dog that is not on same schedule, we will separate the dogs so they can eat by themselves uninterrupted. They will often be given treats throughout the day depending on what we are doing.

We have a fenced yard to keep the dogs safe. We also have a doggy door or easy in and out access to the yard. Both my dogs have been crate trained and I can host other dogs that need to be crated.

We often take our dogs hiking or to the dog park, We also play fetch in back yard, walking in the neighborhood. Our pups get many pets and cuddles too and we hope to do the same with your dog when they are with us.
