Nicole’s care of my three senior dogs was superior to any care they’ve been given before. Her communication and pictures during my trip provided me with the comfort of knowing they were well cared for. The house was spotless when I returned and that’s not really part of this job.. I will definitely be contacting Nicole every time I go out of town! I think my dogs actually miss her.

Nicole is amazing! She sends lots of updates and pictures, cleans the house, and loves, loves, loves the pets she sits for! I always feel like my 'babies' are in good hands when Nicole stays with them!

Nicole was so great with our 2 cats while we were away. She was very communicative and reliable - we would definitely book her again!

Our meet and greet with Nicole was great, and we felt confident that she’d take good care of our dogs at our house while we were out of state for Christmas for ten days. Our previous sitter we found on Rover and had used multiple times had gotten a new job, so we were in need of a new sitter. However, near the end our trip, we discovered on our Ring cameras that our dogs were left alone for 9 hours three days and for 7 hours one day. This includes leaving them from 1pm to 10pm, after we went over their feeding and walking schedule, which was clearly neglected multiple times. This was after our meet and greet with Nicole, in which we discussed that our main concern was the dogs being alone and how this time shouldn’t exceed 6 hours. When questioned about the extensive time away after seven hours one day, she offered to reimburse us for the single day, and then said she was going to be gone for another two hours. This is not acceptable and caused much stress. Additionally, one of our dogs developed an ear infection that was apparent within ten minutes of us seeing her and which was never reported to us. I do not believe she was attentive to our dogs, nor did she make them a priority with the time she was away from them. This was a job, yet she treated it like an air b and b stay. I am so disappointed by her poor care of my pets, particularly as we elected to pay more for someone who appeared to prioritize our pets in their care. I rarely have the opportunity to visit family and my concern over the lack of attention to my dogs over the last few days interfered with my ability to enjoy my vacation. My experience with Nicole has made me not likely to return to use Rovers services again. When I communicated to Nicole about the additional three days she left the dogs alone for an extensive time and about my dogs ear infection, she did not reply. This is clearly neglectful and will be reported.

Nicole was wonderful with our great Dane. Our dog, Penny, is our four legged child which makes traveling stressful if we have to leave for a vacation or a weekend trip. With Nicole, we were at ease the moment she met Penny. She provided us tons of updates through the day..made sure Penny got her walks, naps and snacks. We enjoyed our time off without feeling any anxiety around leaving our dog at home. Thank you so much Nicole! Looking forward to our next trip :)
