I have experience both professionally and personally checking in on community cats. Enjoy your time away knowing your routines will be carried out by a compassionate and capable professional. More about my experience: 🐾 My career and volunteer experience has been animal-centric for over 10 years! My previous employers include Pet Paradise Resort, Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, and All Four Paws of FL. I've also volunteered hundreds of hours at Furry Friends and Leon County Humane Society in animal care, and am a current cat-care volunteer at Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando. 🐾 I worked as a Lead Animal Care Technician at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, where I interacted with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. My daily duties included monitoring animals' behaviors and health, cleaning kennel rooms, feeding, dog walking (20k steps a day babyyy!), and socialization (aka cuddling & playing!). 🐾 At Pet Paradise Resort, I communicated daily with pet parents to provide updates about their dogs/cats' stay with us at the resort. 🐾 At All Four Paws of FL I worked as a professional pet-sitter for high-profile clientele across Palm Beach. My experience includes hundreds of hours of dog walking, cat visits, hourly sitting, and overnights (in the clients' homes). 🐾 I am Fear-Free Handling certified and have educational credits in animal behavior from the University of Edinburgh. What has all of this taught me about animal care? 🐾 It’s important to offer a warm and welcoming presence when meeting new pets, and my goals as a caretaker are to make sure their physical, psychological, and medical needs are met. I pay close attention to detail, whether it is following the proper procedures or monitoring pet’s health throughout their time away from their parents!
