Nicole and her family took great care of Remi for us. Communication was great at drop off, pick up, and during the stay. Remi's meds were given on time, and we received pictures throughout her stay to show us she was being treated like royalty.
I was slightly nervous with the duration the stay, 7 days, the distance I would be away in case of any emergencies. Nicole provided multiple daily updates to ease any concern.
Nicole took amazing care of my dogs. They both seemed so happy and relaxed in her care. She sent pictures and was very responsive. I will definitely be bringing them back.
Nicole and her family are great with my Bahzi and Harlem. I have used them twice now to watch my babies and will continue to use them if they are available. She is responsive and updates me daily plus the dogs enjoy their time with Nicole and her family. Thanks Nicole!!!
