Pet care experience

From Vet Tech to Pet Sitter/Artist

Ever since I was a small child I've had an affinity for all critters, big and small. Animals and art remain my two greatest passions in life. I began selling pet portrait paintings while in college and started my own dog walking/sitting business after many years in the pet care industry (Petco, groomers, & dog rescues). Eventually my love for the pet industry led to being trained as a veterinary assistant at an exotic veterinary hospital, but my adoration for domestic animals led me a Tech position at a domestic vet hospital for a time. I now currently work from home, as a full time artist. I share my home with my fiancé, Matt, an IR Tech at local Hospital, and my two senior Italian Greyhounds, Ezio and Luka. Our home is child free and we have a fenced in yard in our quiet neighborhood. We are thrilled to hear from other pet lovers that are in need of finding a trustworthy and experienced sitter. I know how hard it is to be away from your fur baby, which is why we work so hard to make it easier on you and your pet.

Nicole was wonderful! She sent lots of pictures and updates for us while we were away. Our dog seemed very comfortable with Nicole and her two pups. She was also flexible when our flight was delayed and we had to pick up our dog a little later than we expected. Highly recommend Nicole!

Nicole did a fantastic job being patient with Chico (and his overbearing mommy!). I had complete faith in her and she went above and beyond when I forgot to do something. I have 3 trips coming up and I plan to bok her for all 3!! Thanks Nicole!

Nicole is an excellent dog walker! She worked tirelessly to win Otis trust & confidence, so he would come out of his crate. Now he looks forward to her coming & loves the long walks he gets. She is flexible & reliable. I would highly recommend her.

Nicole was great! We'll definitely use her again. Our big boy loved her and we loved how she gave him a good long walk everyday while we were on vacation. My parents loved her too - she was reliable and very nice.

Schedule

I am home with my fur children all day since I now work from home. I'm a former vet tech who has plenty of experience with dogs of all ages and ailments. My dogs are kept safely confined in our kitchen with their beds, water, and pee pad available if I ever have to pop out for an errand. I am able to walk any pups up to 3x a day and have frequent potty breaks in out fenced in back yard when needed. My fiancé is an animal lover as well and is happy to help and give lots of love to pets when he's home.

Our home is also equipped with a gate that contains pups in the kitchen as well as two medium sized crates that can also be used if needed. My background in pet care/health as well as my accessibility to veterinary advice/care gives added peace of mind to pet owners. I also have a long list of references from longtime clients that trust me and have used my services for many years.
