I grew up spending weekends and holidays on my family’s ranch in Ecuador, where I was surrounded by animals from a young age. During that time, I helped care for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and turtles, which gave me hands-on experience with animals of different personalities and needs. I also have two pets of my own: Lucy, my 6 year old dog, and Mozart, my 12 year old rescue cat, whom I adopted when I was just 10 years old. Since moving to Germany for my studies, my family has been taking care of them in Ecuador, but they have taught me years of responsibility, patience, and how to understand each pet’s unique personality. What sets me apart is that I genuinely treat every pet as if they were my own. I take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while following their usual routine as closely as possible. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone, and I always strive to provide the same level of care I would want for my own pets :)
