Dr Nicole gave us a thorough tour on our meet and greet, and explained in detail how our dog would be cared for - even in emergencies. She provided updates throughout the day too, with a full report card! Dr Nicole is clearly someone who takes dog sitting very seriously, and our pooch returned happy and settled.
