As a pet parent myself, I understand the importance of finding a trustworthy and reliable pet sitter. That's why I've made it my full-time job to provide top-notch care for your pets, giving you peace of mind while you're away. One or both of us are home all day, so your pet will not be left alone for any period of time. In our home, they will have constant supervision.

Accommodation for all pets is our #1 priority, whether it be at your residence or ours. I always like to get down on the ground with your fur babies when I meet them, as this establishes trust. Establishing trust is very important to having a successful stay. We understand all pets have different needs; because there are 2 of us, we strive to provide a stress-free environment for your babies and ensure that your beloved pets will not be left alone for any amount of time.

Let's ensure our furry friends get along famously! Please do inform me if your dog is good with other dogs and if there are any health concerns or medications I should know about. Walking without my dog is no issue if needed. As I mentioned above, I and my husband are a team. If the dogs need to be walked separately, it's not a problem. Between the two of us, we can accommodate your fur baby's needs.
A typical day
I delight in walking and staying active. I have mentioned we have a high-energy husky, so we are always looking for new, fun ways to stimulate him. Whether it's a long walk in the park, a trip to PetSmart to pick out some favourite treats, or a swim in the lake right behind our house. If your pup loves water, we can take them to the beach where they can swim, play catch, or play Frisbee. They can even take turns on the kayak with us as our husky loves going on the kayak. Now I understand this isn't for everyone; it's just a suggestion of some of the many activities we provide. Wintertime is heaven for our boy, so if your dog loves the snow, we have snowball fights when the snow is fresh. Sometimes we have what we call a "chill" day, but for the most part we enjoy being outside.

Transform your life with the power of pets! As someone who has overcome a difficult childhood through the comfort of furry friends, I am passionate about sharing the therapeutic benefits of animals. With a lifetime of experience caring for a diverse range of pets, from cats and dogs to exotic creatures like snakes and lizards, I promise to treat your beloved pets like my own. Whatever your fur babies need, we do our absolute best to accommodate to make their stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. I understand that some dogs have more energy than others, so we use a baby gate if needed to give everyone a breather so your little loved ones don't get stressed out. We have a high-energy husky that we trained (one of the harder breeds to train), and he is such a good boy. Everyone said potty training him would take 2-4 weeks, and we accomplished it in 7 days by taking him out every 2 hours even during the night. Alarms were set, and out he went. No more puppy pads or accidents in the house at 11 weeks old. If your fur baby is a puppy in need of extra walks for that reason, we are more than happy to help with that. We are able to section off a piece of our living room or kitchen to give senior dogs their own space if needed. Cuddle bugs are always welcome. They will get all the cuddles plus some extra 😊. We do have one set of stairs to our apartment, but if your senior dogs need assistance, I can carry them up and down the stairs; it's not a problem. As well as the administration of any meds they may need. We just need a medication schedule, and away we go. We have a huge park right behind our house for lots of playtime. If you have a high-energy pup I guarantee they will get the stimulation they need. And again, if you have senior dogs that are more laid back, we are set up to make sure everyone is in a comfortable, stress-free environment. We promise to provide the best care and daily updates of your fur babies. They will receive all the love and attention they get at home with you. You can rest assured they are happy and safe.

We couldn't be happier with the care Oakley received! He absolutely loves his visits with Nicole and Eddie and especially enjoys playing with their dog, Keyser—they have so much fun together. One of the biggest signs that Oakley is comfortable and happy is that he ate all of his meals without needing to be hand-fed, which is very unusual for him when in a new environment. It gave us great peace of mind knowing he felt so at home. We will definitely be booking with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter!
