Shelter trained walks and care
I have volunteered at Big Dog Ranch Rescue for 3 years and cared for pets of neighbors, friends, and relatives. This hands-on experience has trained me to safely handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. Because of my shelter background, I am completely confident handling large, powerful breeds that pull on walks, as well as shy or anxious rescue dogs that require a patient, gentle approach. Safety is my top priority, and I am skilled at reading dog body language to keep your pet secure.

Your home is your dog's safe space, and my goal is to keep it that way. Because I do not host pets at my own house, my full focus is on keeping your dog secure, comfortable, and happy right in their own familiar environment.

Nicole has watched and cared for my Lab Callie many times over the years and Callie just loves Nicole! She is the most caring and dependable person and she loves dogs. We are so sad that Nicole moved to Florida and can no longer watch Callie but I highly recommend her for any of your dog watching, walking or house sitting needs. You will not be disappointed and I'm sure your dog will love Nicole!

Schedule
I am a graduate student living in the Naples area, which means my typical weekday is spent studying at home. This makes my schedule incredibly flexible for midday walks and drop-in visits while you are at work or away for the day.During the week, I have wide-open availability to come to your home for daytime care, walks, and check-ins. On occasional weekends, I travel to Miami for my graduate classes. However, my Rover calendar will always be strictly updated so you can always book your walks and drop-ins with complete confidence.

- It is important to know your pet’s personality, daily routine, energy level, feeding schedule, walking habits, and any special needs. I would also like to know about allergies, medications, health concerns, fears, and how your pet interacts with other people and animals. Knowing their favorite activities, toys, and commands will help me provide safe, comfortable, and personalized care.
