This was my second time using Nicole. It felt like an entirely different experience. I had to request updates for the dogs in order to get anything from her. Last time she was sending pictures and updates regularly. Additionally I came home and my guest bathroom faucet was broken, found that she had used my washer and dryer - clothes I had in the washer were now in the dryer. Also my washer will not turn on. No communication about anything being broken and she was here for two nights - not long enough to need laundry and also didn’t ask about using my laundry.

Nicole was absolutely amazing with my dog, Paulie! From our initial meet-and-greet, I could tell she genuinely cared about making both of us feel comfortable. She took the time to get to know Paulie, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel completely at ease before I left for my trip. I was traveling abroad for two weeks, so leaving my dog for that long was a little nerve-wracking. Nicole made the entire experience stress-free by being incredibly communicative. She sent daily updates with lots of pictures, and it honestly looked like Paulie was having the time of his life! Seeing him so happy, relaxed, and well cared for while I was so far away gave me so much peace of mind. Nicole truly went above and beyond, and it’s obvious she treats every dog like they’re her own. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and reliable. Thank you again, Nicole, for taking such wonderful care of Paulie!
