Great sitters. Leelo enjoys his time and is taken care of. Communication is great and I love the pictures they send. I feel assured that my pup is in great hands while with Nicole and Sarah.
the replies from the care takers were within minutes and they were respectful with me. But in regard to my dogs, Lilo came back with red collar burns and his feet are cut. i washed him in my bath and there was blood coming from his paws. I believe she wasnt as gentle as she came across with my animals and im appauled due to the fact the state i gave my animal is not the same as the state i recieved him. Im not sure what happened as she stated she "wouldve told me" but i really dont believe that. Another point id like to make is that her entire apartment smells like Marijuana, i noticed it when dropping off my animals and picking them up, hence i dont believe she was i the right state of mind to take care of them and i would not recommend them to ANYONE. Regardless of her cleaning him once, i believe that their home isnt a safe environment for anyones animals.
Nicole and Sarah were wonderful. In the process of selling one house and moving into another I had to board my very shy and nervous cat Shadow. I was so grateful to find Sarah and Nicole at the last minute. I got daily pictures and updates on Shadow. They both took such good care of him he even came out of hiding to let them pet him. I would recommend them both to anyone looking to board their cat.
