I grew up spending many summers on my grandparent's farms in Portugal and Italy where taking care of our farm dogs, barn cats, and the occasional chicken were the norm! Between the countryside, the suburbs, and living in Brooklyn, I have taken care of bunnies, house cats, budgies and cockatiels, and dogs big and small for the last 9 years. I have experience with providing care and medications for senior cats and dogs as well. My practice as a yoga teacher has even prepared me to stay calm and attentive yet playful when handling your pet's needs.

When I stop by to care for your pet, I make sure I reread the instructions provided to me regarding you and your pets needs. I always lock up your home before, during, and after each visit and will take the time to play with your pet, hang out with them, and provide much needed love in whatever way your pet likes! Afterwards, I like to send updated photos of my time spent with your pet to give them an overview of what our time together has been like :)

Nicole was the first pet sitter I ever used, and I couldn't have asked for a better person. She was professional, highly communicative, and adept at caring for my senior rabbit and cats. My senior rabbit required medication throughout, which she managed well. It was reassuring to have Nicole there for my pets, and her evident love for animals and experience shone through. Amazing Housesitting! I would highly recommend her with a 10/10 rating.

Schedule
Currently, I am a hybrid online/in-person MSW student and work part-time outside of the house. My schedule is flexible for house sitting stays. For example, schedules could include 12-1pm walks, 4-7pm feeding times, or overnight care!
