Nicole was a lifesaver for our Thanksgiving trip. We recently moved to the area and struggled to find someone to watch our cat while we were traveling. We recently lost one cat a few weeks ago, so we were nervous about leaving her alone after so many years as a two-cat household. Nicole was prompt, and we could tell that Cupboard was well cared for.

Nicole is fantastic. She is extremely professional, caring, and patient. She worked incredibly well with both our dogs.

Nicole was a marvelous care-giver for our middle-aged Alaskan Malamute! She was patient through Velma's usual "I don't have to listen to you — my moms will be home soon" beginning-of-the-trip phase, and she understood that belly rubs can overcome any northern dog stubbornness. And when some plants that we'd ordered for delivery *after* we returned home arrived early, Nicole carefully unboxed them and made sure they were watered and soaking up sunshine. We'll gladly call on Nicole again for our next trips!

Nicole was amazing! She was punctual, paid close attention to details, and was ready to help out issues in my apartment. She sent me pic of my cat everyday while I was away, which gave me a sense of comfort for my cat. I’ll definitely ask her to help me again in the future!
