I've had animals my whole life—cats, bunnies, dogs, and even birds—so I'm very comfortable and confident caring for pets with all kinds of personalities and needs. I'm also experienced with seniors, medications, and special dietary routines, and I always make sure pets feel safe, loved, and understood in my care.

When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as familiar and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions closely—whether that includes feeding schedules, medication, special diets, or specific walking routes they’re comfortable with. I always take time to bond with each pet, give them attention at their pace, and make sure they feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away. If I’m doing drop-in visits or walks, I make sure they get more than just the basics—I include affection, playtime, and a quick check to ensure their space is clean, water is fresh, and they’re content before I leave. I believe pets thrive when their emotional needs are cared for too, not just the practical ones, so I take time to connect with them individually.

Nicole was a great sitter for our dog Delta. We appreciated that she came to our house a few days before we were out of town so that Delta could meet her - she clearly has great energy because Delta loved her right away. Our house was spotless when we got back from our weekend away. We will definitely be utilizing her services again in the future!
Nicole was so wonderful with Haru he clearly enjoyed his time with her. I came home and he seemed really relaxed which was a nice to see. Thank you for your thoughtful care 🙏
Nicole was absolutely amazing with our Lily. She was patient, kind and loving with her. We were so grateful to have her come and stay!
Nicole was easy to deal with with excellent communication. Our pup was happy when we came home and our house was left clean and tidy:). We will definitely get Nicole to watch our Roxy girl again, we would highly recommend!
Nicole provided such amazing care for my boys and was super lovely and thoughtful to work with! I look forward to having her take care of my dogs again soon! (But not as much as they do!)
Nicole pet and farm sat for us a couple of times before she relocated to BC. She’s been one of our favourite sitters! She took care and loved on our animals like they were her own. She brushed them, cuddled them and gave them tons of attention while we were gone. Nicole also sent us videos and pictures so we could see how things were going. She’d be our go to sitter if she were still around! We highly recommend her for anything that requires animal or home care!

Schedule
I work full-time Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and I'm based in South Nanaimo, but I’m happy to travel to the north end depending on the length of the visit or stay. Evenings and weekends are when I’m most available, and I’d love to spend that time giving your pet attention, walks, and care.
