As a PA student, I maintain a structured schedule during the day and am primarily available for pet care during evenings and weekends. I can provide drop-in visits, walks, feeding, medication administration, playtime, and companionship. Unfortunately, I am unable to board furry friends at my residence, but I am committed to being reliable, communicative, and ensuring your pet receives attentive care while you're away.

It would be beneficial to me to know how you would like your pet to be taken care so I can provide a tailored to each visit and if there are any special requests. Unfortunately, I do not have experience with special-needs dogs but can administer oral and injected medications as needed.
A typical day
While watching my roommate's dog, I would take her around people and other dogs to socialize as well as encouraging her curiosity with nearby streams and walking in the woods. I have taken care of her with feeding, and basic grooming and given her baths and many snuggles while my roommate is away on business trips to ensure she feels happy and safe. I also play games such as tug of war, squeaky toys, and reward good behavior with treats and positive reinforcement.

I've grown up around cats and been caring for my own cat for 10 years and understand that every pet has unique needs and routines My experience includes feeding, walking, administering medications, cleaning litter boxes, and providing plenty of playtime and companionship. I have a similar experience with dogs where I grew up taking care of them. Although, I have not had a dog of my own, for the past two years I would take my roommate's 3-year-old Australian Shepard/Border Collie mix on long and short walks around our neighborhood. I would take her around people and other dogs to socialize as well as encouraging her curiosity with nearby streams and walking in the woods. I have taken care of her with feeding, and basic grooming and given her baths and many snuggles while my roommate is away on business trips to ensure she feels happy and safe. I am comfortable caring for senior pets and have experience helping with medication schedules and mobility support. As a current Physician Assistant student with an extensive healthcare background, I'm dependable, attentive to detail, and comfortable following specific care instructions. I treat every pet like family and will provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away!

Nicole was so great with my anxious, quirky dog! He instantly warmed up to her at the meet and greet, and Nicole patiently and attentively listened to our many instructions on Percy’s care. During the actual stay, she was incredibly communicative and shared great updates with pictures. I’d trust Nicole to watch Percy again in a heartbeat!
Nicole stayed at my home to care for my dog Sophie for a weekend. She was extremely communicative, respectful of my home, and kept Sophie happy and healthy all weekend. Highly recommend!
I've known Nicole for more than a decade now, and the amount of love she has for animals astounds me. She's helped me walk my two dogs (German shepherd and pitbul mix), which is no easy feat in itself, multiple times. Nicole also has her own cat Gillie, who is the sweetest and most loving cat I've ever met, which I truly believe comes from the amount of love and care that Nicole gives him. You can absolutely see without a doubt the amount of love he has for her and I think that speaks volumes about the kind of person she is, I can't recommend her enough!!
