Pet care experience

One-to-One Pet Care in a Vet’s Home

I’ve always had animals in my life—dogs, cats, and even exotics. In Spain, my family and I share our home with three dogs and four cats. I love being around them and truly understand their needs, routines, and little quirks. Right now, I care for many pets from friends and colleagues who trust me not only because I’m a vet, but because I genuinely adore animals. My home is a calm, safe space—no other pets or children—so your companion gets relaxed, one-on-one attention. Because I travel a lot and live on my own, I can’t have my own pets at the moment. That means I can give 100% of my time and attention to yours, treating them like family. By the way, I’m a qualified vet—so your furry (or scaly!) friends are in safe, caring hands.

Safety, trust & environment

I don’t have pets of my own, so your pet will feel right at home with me and get all my attention and affection. They’re more than welcome on the sofa and bed, and I’m happy for them to sleep with me if that’s what they’re used to. I don’t have a garden, but there’s a park right in front of my home where I can take them for regular walks and fresh air. My home is very safe for cats, with no open windows and secure balconies. I always try to create a calm, cosy environment where pets can relax, feel safe, and be treated like part of the family.

A typical day

Monday to Friday (just 4 working days) In the morning, before work, I take your dog for a walk and feed them. During the day, I can come back on my break for another walk, making sure they get some exercise and mental stimulation. In the evening, after work, I dedicate time to a longer walk and play session, so they end the day active and happy. Weekends On Saturdays and Sundays and my day off, I have all the time available for your pet. We can go for long walks, play in the park, work on basic training, or simply chill at home with cuddles and relaxation. A Typical Day Caring for Your Cat Monday to Friday (just 4 working days) In the morning, before work, I feed your cat and refresh their water. I also spend some time playing with them and giving cuddles to start the day on a positive note. In the evening, after work, I dedicate time to interactive play and relaxed cuddle time. Weekends and day off On Saturdays and Sundays, I have more time to focus on your cat’s enrichment and comfort. We can have longer play sessions with toys, practice gentle training or tricks, and do more thorough grooming. I can also help with deeper litter cleaning, checking their coat and skin, and simply chilling together so they feel safe, loved, and well cared for.
