I live in an apartment complex with a large interior courtyard with large areas of lawn grass and a small, fenced dog park for your pup to play around in. For longer walks or more playtime, I am a few blocks from Kimball and Hamilton park. Cats are free to roam around and in my living room with a view by the bay-window if preferred. My apartment has plants (I am also a plant dad) with some floor plants which can be fenced off if needed.

I've been the uncle to many dogs I've lived with over the last 10 years and apply the same principle of approach to children and other people: - Tone, facial expression and body language matters - Handle issues when they happen, not when the moment's passed - Meet them where they are and how they want to be met - Be consistent I can meet your dog at the level they want, from pull-toys and running in the park to quiet, all-day, indoor naps.
