TLC - Dog Sitting When Needed
I grew up with dogs such as Dachshunds, Collies, German Shepherds and Afghan Hounds living with us as part of the family household. Most recently, for the last 4 years, I have taken care of our Mina (a 15-lb terrier mut) until she passed away.

Nick and Cora! Such lovely people with good hearts! My puppy Rue enjoyed her stay in their lovely home. They sent pictures of Rue eating and walking and gave updates during her stay. Rue gets anxious when she is left alone and their home was the perfect place for her. They both took really good care of my puppy and it reflected when I picked Rue up on the last day! Will definitely re book with them in the future.
Nick was so patient, understanding, and went above and beyond watching Jobahn 10/10 recommend
Nicolas and Cora were great!!! They took such good care of our 8 month old puppy. They sent us pictures and videos throughout Pepper’s stay with them. They played with her and took her on walks. I highly recommend them.
Myself and my sister did a meet and greet with my dog Nisha and Nicholas and Cora. It went really well we were very impressed with them, we liked the home and surrounding areas. Then and there we booked an overnight stay for Nisha. We took Nisha yesterday and kept her overnight with them. It seemed like everything went well, Nisha was comfortable and was treated very well by Nicholas and Cora, they really liked her too. They said she was a calm dog and was easy to take care off and would do it again. My sister and I were very happy too because we knew our Nisha was in good hands and was taken care off well by them. We now know that we have a good place to take Nisha to and a place that she has love too. We will definitely go back to Nicholas and Cora. Thank you very much for being such lovely people and taking care of our baby Nisha.🙏 we decided to leave Nisha with them one night to try it out.

Nick and Cora were great with our chow chow. They took him for many walks and kept him company. They were great for me too, sending many pictures and texts to let me know how he was doing. Six stars!

Schedule
I am retired now and don’t have any job or employment obligations. I can therefore spend time with your dogs as needed during the week, on weekends and on holidays.

Safety, trust & environment
My yard has been fenced, and the entrances to the yard and to the house are double gated to make sure your pups are kept safe. Dogs can be crated if needed.
A typical day
I would first try to find out from the "mom" or "dad" what they like to do. Here are some examples of things I have done in the recent past. Fetch ... If they like to play fetch, I enjoy playing with them and throwing their toys (e.g. a ball) a short distance so that they can run and get it and bring it back. Grom was particularly fond of this. Hide and seek ... Mina enjoyed playing hide and seek in the house. She would look for me while I was in another room. Since she was hard of hearing, she would not hear me when I approached from behind. Once she'd see me, she'd run around and wait for me to hide again. Daily walks ... Mina also loved going on our daily walks. Sometimes even twice a day. She'd get all excited when I opened the drawer to take out her collar and leash, and once these were in place, she'd wait in front of the front door so that we could get out and walk around our neighborhood.
