We've two housecats and we've had them for nearly 8 years now. We have a tortoise too! Either my mum or I take turns feeding them both wet and dry food and they're let outside the garden. They're called Tink and Charlie by the way! They're fed in the early hours of the morning and early evening and their litter trays are cleaned in the morning too. They have cat toys they play with and spend a lot of time sleeping either upstairs or downstairs. Charlie spends a lot of time downstairs and Tink spends a lot of time upstairs. They're both provided with a lot of attention and fussed about, and given treats with moderation. Charlie loves being in company, and will seek for someone if he's left alone or he falls asleep. Tink will hide away especially from new people and she stays in my bedroom for majority of the time but we both chill together. Ralphy is our Tortoise. He's kept in cage and given a lot of leafy greens and fruits for his food as well as a bowl of water shaped as a rock. He's given a shallow warm both to keep him clean and warm and he's let outside when it's sunny and explores the grassy area in our garden. I've looked after my friend's dogs by helping them walk both of their dogs, play an enriching game with them by hiding treats and their dogs looking and finding the treats. I've helped feed them and given them attention and affection, and take care of them briefly when my friend walks one of their dogs by comforting and distracting their dog who was left with me.
