Experienced pet sitter! (WHS/SQM)
Having grown up on a farm, I have lived with many animals all my life. I am completely comfortable around all pet types, large and small, having owned: - Big dogs (German Shepherd) - Energetic dogs (Border Collie) - Nervous dogs (rescue collie cross who is extremely nervous around humans and doesn't like eye contact) - Small Dogs (Jack Russell) - Cats (both house cats and farm cats that are not used to human contact) - Chickens - Alpacas (yes really!) - Horses - Sheep I have also worked on a Farm Park which involved caring for and handling: - Guinea pigs - Rabbits - Hamsters - Chinchillas - A variety of large animals such and goats, sheep, pigs, donkeys and ponies. I am also comfortable around all reptiles but have less experience with them, but I am always willing to learn! I have prior experience in house sitting of dogs, cats, mice/rats, guinea pigs, ducks, chickens and rabbits. This experience included taking care of senior animals who needed medicine administering, and bathing dogs after those particularly muddy winter walks! I am not squeamish, having had both elderly dogs and those with sensitive stomachs, I've seen it all! I have lots of availability for drop-ins or dog walks, and partial availability for full-time pet sitting. I am an active person who takes plenty of walks anyway, so some doggy company would be welcomed! I really am a lover of all animals. :)

I am willing to visit for walks/visits as many times a day as you'd like and happy to take them for as long or short walk as you'd like! I am also happy to stay full time while you're away if you have a pet with separation anxiety, and to meet your requirements when it comes to feeding and giving out medicines.

Nicola came highly recommended by a friend who had used her dog sitting services several times already. She took great care of the pups and house. She sent frequent (adorable!) updates, and the dogs seemed super happy. We came back to the house in great shape. Would definitely have Nicola dog sit again and definitely would recommend.
I haven’t let anyone other than my family watch my dogs in years after I had a bad experience with a dog sitter, until I recently started having Nicola and Sam stay with my dogs. They do such a lovely job taking care of them, taking them for walks, and sending me updates so I know they’re ok. They leave my place exactly how it was, are great communicators, and truly just love animals.

Nicola and her partner were fantastic! They took great care of Méli in our home, taking her out for plenty of activity and keeping her well cared for. We would definitely love to have Nicola and her partner back, and I know Méli would too!
Nicola was very accommodating and easy to communicate with and my golden-doodle Fern loved her!
Nicola is an amazing person! She is so kind, loving to people and to your dog. She was so flexible and so accommodating with us! Even though my dog could get anxious sometimes getting separated from us, specially staying behind with someone he has not met before, he immediately felt comfortable being around Nicola! He got excited and finished his meal as soon as he saw her (this is a rare moment for kobe) and he was happy to leave us to follow her! He was comfortable the entire time and act like he knows her for a long time! Nicola, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you. Thank you for being so sweet and caring Kobe and sending me these lovely updates and photos. I highly recommend her.
