Hi, I’m Nicola! I’ve been a cat lover for as long as I can remember and have cared for cats for over 20 years. I currently share my home with Theo, my sweet (and slightly spoiled!) kitty, and I know just how much peace of mind it brings to have someone trustworthy looking after your furry family member. As a teenager, I worked in a local cattery for 5 years, where I loved meeting new cats and making sure they felt safe and loved while their owners were away. These days, I regularly do drop-ins for my mum’s cat, so I’m well-versed in feeding, playtime, litter changes, and sending plenty of photo updates. I’m also happy to water plants and take care of little extras like putting the bins out. Theo has medical needs, so I’m comfortable administering medication and handling special care instructions. I’m happy to offer a free meet-and-greet to get to know you and your cat and talk through what’s needed for your booking. I can’t wait to meet some new kitties and make new feline friends!

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I treat every home and animal with the same care and respect I give my own. I’ll follow your instructions to the letter, keep doors locked, and ensure your pet feels safe and happy while you’re away. You’ll receive regular updates and photos so you know everything is going smoothly. I’m also happy to offer a free meet-and-greet before any booking so you can feel confident that your pet is in good hands.

We have had the pleasure of Nicola looking after our cat for us. She writes such detailed updates on each visit and takes plenty of photos. It is evident how much Nicola cares for our cat. She also offered to put the bins out which is much appreciated! We will definitely rebook with Nicola again 😊
Nicola did a great job taking care of our cat Fluffy while we were away for the weekend. She gave her food, cleaned her bowls and played with her. Nicola also created detailed reports that kept us up to date with Fluffy's activities.
Nicola was great looking after my cat Hollie. She spent time to fuss her, feed her, and kept the area nice and clean. Hollie is quite shy but Nicola took the time to bond with her and this has made all the difference. I'd definitely recommend Nicola to anyone who wants a reliable and caring pet sitter. Schedule
I work from home the majority of the time so please let me know what times are best for visits and I can be very flexible.
- CatsNicola can host up to 2 drop-ins per day
- I have experience in injecting, tablets and liquid medication so please let me know if anything is required. Let me know what you kitty likes, they might enjoy play time but also might be quite frightened by new people which is totally understandable. I can work to how ever you and your pet likes spending time to get them to play and have some company or just try and reassure them and ensure they have everything they need to be ok while you are away.
