Availability
I work Monday to Friday so would be available for early morning walks, evening walks and weekend walks and boarding. I can accommodate morning walks between 5-7am and evening walks anytime after 6.30pm. At the weekends I am available Friday evenings through to Sunday evening (or early morning Monday for boarding collection).

I have a fully fenced garden which the dogs can get out in anytime whether it is for play or for needing the toilet. Dogs are allowed on the couch for those all important doggy cuddles, if your dog is crate trained and you wish to use one I have experience in using crates. I have plenty of areas nearby for excellent walks, there is a lovely waterfront walk and several wooded areas/ fields. I have a car with a dog harness for adventuring further out or for dogs who are capable to do some hill walks. I have a pet free and child free home so my full attention would be given to my dog boarder!

Information Nicola G. would like to know about your pet
If there is any history of aggression with other animals/people. Are they happy with being bathed/washed outside if they get muddy on our walks? Their favourite toys/games and any particular dislikes. I will have some treats but please bring along their food, any specific treats, collar and lead, (muzzle if required) and maybe a toy, although I will have these too. If your dog is crate trained and you wish to use it please also bring this along!
A typical day
I like to keep the dogs stimulated, if they’re a keen walker I like to take them on long walks along the shore path where they can sniff away at a variety of smells! If they’re older or more laid back I tend to take them to the park for a gentle stroll or play with them in the house/garden.

Pet care experience
Myself and my partner, Kayleigh, both have extensive experience with dogs. I’ve had my own wee border collie since I was young, and was responsible for every aspect of her care, including puppy training and grooming. I have taken care of countless friends/neighbours dogs over the years, they have trusted me to feed, walk, play with and bathe their pets. As a teen I volunteered at the dogs trust as a dog walker so have experience walking a variety of dogs from different backgrounds with different needs.
