I work from home so am able to attend to dogs needs. They can be let out in a secure enclosed garden when I am there, or taken on longer walks as needed throughout the day.

Pets are family in this house! We are happy to accommodate dogs in our home, and in the living spaces. We have lots of blankets and pillows. NB. This is a family home. There are two primary school aged children that live here. There are other dogs in our neighbourhood too. Your pet would need to be comfortable with both adults and children. I will only walk them on a lead for their safety when taking them out of the house or out of our enclosed garden.

A typical day
We have two outdoor spaces for roaming and lovely countryside walks to be had on our doorstep. We will normally walk at least 3 times a day.

Nicola was a kind and generous host. She invited us over for a meet and greet and took the time to get to know Evie and Izzy, putting me at ease. Nicola has a lovely secured back garden that the girls immediately started exploring and enjoyed during their stay. When I dropped the girls off, they both went running in. Evie and Izzy stayed for 9 days. I received regular updates and the girls had a fabulous visit with Nicola and her family. I highly recommend and would definitely book to stay again.

Wonderful from start to finish. Quick response time and to create a meet and greet. That was good to see where and who your pup will be staying with, and to make sure both sides are happy. Nicola asked lots of questions about Treacle and her preferences for things, even making sure her medication was taken on time. We got lots of pupdates and photos while we were away, which was very reassuring. Treacle has come back a very chilled pup. Lovely calm family atmosphere and would definitely recommend. We would absolutely book Nicola again.
Ziggy was looked after really well by Nicola & her family over a 9 day period. He’s nearly 15 yrs so likes to sleep a lot, with a couple of shortish walks each day. Nicola was very understanding and caring about his needs, sending updates to reassure me. I’m very happy to recommend Nicola, without any reservations.
