Pet care experience
I have many years of experience with animals, growing up our family always had pets which is where I developed my love for them and I am very passionate about them being well cared for. I have volunteered at dog shelters both in Thailand and Portugal caring for dogs of all different natures, this gave me a much deeper understanding of them. In the past year I have been sitting various different dogs, some locally and some further away as I have experience with Thai rescues and with this being quite specific people have requested me for this reason. I have sat for elderly dogs, small dogs and younger energetic dogs so feel I have a good range of experience. I have received wonderful reviews from my customers, they always come back to a happy pet!

Nicola is fantastic! She was brilliant with our 3 month old puppy and gave her the care and attention she needed when we were away for the evening. Nicola took great care of our older, nervous dog. She was sensitive to her needs and routine and stayed in touch while we were away. We certainly have no hesitation in using Nicola again - if we’re lucky enough to get her!

Nicola looked after our 2 dogs and cat for a week whilst we were away on holiday. One of the dogs is quite a fearful, anxious lad and the other one is hyperactive - so I was a little apprehensive about leaving them! I needn’t have worried at all as they were so well looked after and absolutely loved Nicola! I got regular updates on them and Nicola didn’t hesitate to message me with any questions or queries. This was really reassuring as I knew that she wanted to do her best for them, keeping everything as ‘normal’ as possible. Our elderly cat who can be quite timid and shy, by day 2 of the stay was actively looking for strokes and a fuss! In short, I can’t recommend Nicola enough for looking after your pets, she has such a lovely calm, confident and caring nature that they really are in good hands. We will definitely use her again as our dogs and cat love her!
