We booked Nicola again because she is amazing! Our cat was sick and she agreed to come for an extra day with very little notice!
Nicola attended a meet & greet beforehand where all instructions were clearly explained. She advised she would arrive after 6pm. At 7:20pm, as this was my first time using a cat sitter, I reached out to check if everything was okay. She then informed me she was running late and would need a further 30 minutes to arrive. This meant she would arrive nearly 2 hours after the agreed start time, without any prior communication. Due to this lack of communication and reliability, my trust was broken and I did not feel comfortable proceeding with the booking.
Nicola is an amazing cat sitter who we highly recommend and will be using again! Great communication, follows instructions well, very personable and friendly, and has a true passion for cats! Our Juju took to her so well and we didn’t worry whilst we were away that she was being taken care of with love and attention. Thanks Nicola! :)
Great sitter, helped with our cat and was kind enough to help out with dog walking too. Kept us updated regularly the whole time. No hesitation recommending.
Nicola did a fabulous job with Percy he was very well looked after for the 5 days we left him in her care!

Schedule
I’m work full time but have free time in the evening and weekends. I work from home Monday and Tuesdays so can be around those days in the afternoon.
