I am currently doing school so I would have plenty time to go for walks with a lot of dogs that are available at any time.

1. Basic Info Name, age, breed, and size Gender and if spayed/neutered Current health status (any medications, recent surgeries, etc.) 2. Temperament & Behavior Is your dog friendly with other dogs? How do they react to strangers, kids, bikes, or cars? Any history of aggression or anxiety? Do they bark, pull on the leash, or try to chase squirrels? 3. Walking Preferences Preferred route or area Usual walk duration and pace Any commands they know (e.g., “heel,” “leave it”) Any fear triggers (e.g., loud noises, certain dogs) 4. Leash & Equipment Do they use a harness, collar, or gentle leader? Are they leash reactive? 5. Health and Safety Allergies (e.g., to grass, bees, or treats) Any medications or physical limitations Are they microchipped and tagged? 6. Potty Routine When and how they usually go potty Do they need cleanup supplies or have any issues (e.g., diarrhea)? 7. Emergency Contacts Vet contact info Emergency instructions (what to do if something goes wrong)
