Nicky was really great when she took care of Pocky. She treated him like she was his own and went above and beyond. What I appreciated was the fact that she would do things that I never did because I was fearful of the way he reacted. She took him to get a pup up inside Starbucks and he did great. I really appreciate her going above and beyond taking care of Pocky. We will definitely consider her again for our future needs.

Nicky disappeared on our two dogs, one a four month old puppy and the other a 14year old dog with cancer, Both need care every few hours. She left at 10;00am and did not return till 3:45 and she did not respond to texts or calls. Nicky did not follow our instructions and she seemed so unreliable that we cut our holiday short by two days to come home to care for our beloved pets. When our housekeeper called and said that no one was home for the five hours she was at the house we tried Rover but we got a bot. No one from the safety team responded till we were at the airport the next day. We have not had an appropriate response from Rover or Nicky about this unacceptable situation. Nicky owes us money and both she and Rover owes us an apology. If you love your dog then look elsewhere for care.

Nicky is great. My babies are well cared for when I gone.

Nicky was great - so kind and friendly and our pup took right to her. :) She even returned his dishes washed - bonus! Very much appreciated her care!

I can’t recommend Nicky enough! I was very, very nervous to leave my young pup for an out of town trip that I could not reschedule. I knew at 3 mos. old, watching him would be a big task for anyone. Nicky was excited for the adventure, arranged a meet & greet for us, eased my worries right away with her commitment and attention to detail, and clearly has a big love for animals. She sent me a lot of photos and updates during Bates’ stay, and he came back a better walker than when I left! Nicky is very trustworthy, communicative and listened deeply about what was important to me for my pet’s care. I feel very fortunate I booked with her.

I found Nicky in a pinch when I had to go out of town unexpectedly and needed an overnight sitter in my home for my two precious pups. She replied immediately to my request and was fortunately able to accommodate my needs. We had a "meet and greet" the day before my departure and I was immediately comfortable with her demeanor and sense of responsibility for both my dogs and my household based upon questions asked. While I was away, she sent plenty of photos and my pups looked comfortable, well cared for, and at ease. My pups were relaxed upon my return with no signs of stress and my home was in immaculate condition. I would certainly utilize Nicky again when the need arises.
