Knowing your pet's normal schedule, what time do they normally eat, go out for a walk, any medications, etc. This is important so that when you’re gone, they still have the consistency of their usual day-to-day habits, and the stress from you being away will be significantly lessened.
A typical day
I recently started a new job and am working full-time onsite. I am available for in-home pet-sitting on weekends and evenings if your fur babies can handle being home during the day.

Hi! My name is Nicky and I am excited to meet you and your furry friends. Gaining trust and acceptance and seeing your fur buddies wag their tails is the highest compliment. I am happy to stay at your home to care for your pets. I can water your plants and gardens as well. I am a courteous guest that cleans up after myself and is careful with your things. I love to take pictures of your pet to keep you informed and show you how much fun they are having. I treat the pets as I would my own, with love and affection. I respect any rules or boundaries you may have for your pets and home. I've been house/pet sitting for over 20 years. Friends and paid clients alike. My longest assignment was for 18 months when I took care of 5 amazing cats. So fun. (Funny story… One of them was a great mouser and would bring me gifts to the back patio often. I kept telling him I’d prefer gift cards to Starbucks, but he just wouldn’t budge) I am happy to help you enjoy your time away from home in any way that I can. Let’s schedule a meet and greet! Written instructions are so helpful for me to keep your routine! I try to make sure the pets in my care are happy and healthy. Nicky did a great job! She watched all three of our dogs for a extended weekend. I returned to happy dogs and a clean house. So appreciated her and would recommend her.
