I usually work Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM except for major holidays. I usually can assist in the morning and evening/nights. Depending on the distance from my work, I may be able to do during lunch breaks too if needed!

I love caring for dogs/cats in the comfort of their own home. In my experience the anxiety levels for animals can already be bad enough when their family is gone, but being in their own home comfortable and familiar with their routines definitely helps make things better!
Information Nick T. would like to know about your pet
I love dachshunds, but have experience with several different breeds of small to large size dogs. I have experience giving dogs oral medications as well as eyedrops. I strive to care for other dogs like they were my own and how I would want someone to care for them.
A typical day
Would love to go on a walk or partake in activities with a dog's favorite toy and give treats! As close as possible to stay on their daily routines is what I strive for!

Pet care experience
I am a dog person to the core, and would love the opportunity to care for your furry companion! I live in Troutman, NC and would be able to do drop in visits mornings and evenings or take dogs for a walk and play. I have have grown up my whole life with a pet dog, and have experience with dog breeds such as Rat Terrier, Dachshund, Jack Russel, Black Labrador, German Shepherd/American Dingo, Yorkies, and a variety of other breeds. I am a Christian, have a Master's Degree, and am looking forward to this opportunity to provide care for this special part of your family! I am compassionate, understanding, and careful in caring for dogs, and enjoy playing with them and bonding with them as well. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to meet your dog and provide dog sitting services to put your mind at ease when you are not able to care for them yourself! I am also open and have assisted with cats as well!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Never will I ever use another pet sitter other than Nick! This was my first time not boarding my babies, so I was pretty nervous about having someone come into my home. After the meet and greet I instantly felt comfortable with Nick. I got updates and/or pics multiple times a day. He even fed our outside “neighborhood” kitties for us. I could write paragraphs about how impressed I was with Nick, but you should hire him to find out for yourself!
This is the second time we have had Nick come to our home and watch our dogs. He is such a great reliable dog sitter. We really enjoy all the updates and multiple pictures we receive of our animals. He is easy to stay in contact with and let’s us know everything that is going on. He treats our house with respect and does such an amazing job with the dogs. We will be using Nick as long as we can. We love how reliable and trustworthy he is. I recommend Nick for all your dog needs. Trust me your animals will be in top notch hands.
Nick was amazing!! Our fur babies seem to love him. He kept me posted on bathroom breaks, feeding time and play time. He also sent me pictures daily. If you want someone to take care of your fur babies then try Nick out. I give Nick 5 stars. Thank you again Nick. Monica
Wow!!!!! What a great stay! Nick was absolutely awesome and we will use him again. He was very flexible with our schedule on Christmas. This was the first time we had anyone stay in our home and Nick made it a great experience not only did he take such good care of our dogs he took care of our home and left it in perfect condition. It was so nice to get multiple pictures a day and multiple updates. Nick is a great sitter and I highly recommend him. I am so glad I found him and will use him again. A++ for Nick!!!!!
