I love dogs. Ever since getting our first fam dog aged around 10 I've always really enjoyed being around dogs. I work for rspca and we have always had a dogs at work policy. I have helped look after colleagues dogs as well as dogs in my own wider family. I also help out a dog fosterer whose a friend of the family when she needs help. I love getting out for walks and making sure the dogs feel cared for and part of the family whilst staying with us. I work for the RSPCA where obviously the society believes strongly in employees working alongside their pets. We have a dogs in the office working policy and also the option of fully remote working. During the day we are encouraged to get out for walks and fresh air. We have a 3 bedroom terraced house at the end of a cul-de-sac and down small path well away from any main roads. We have an open front garden and an enclosed fenced back garden.

Nick was very accommodating with Winnie. This was her first time staying with Nick and his family and I had no trouble leaving her. We will certainly be asking Nick to look after Winnie in the future.
Absolutely fantastic. Rolo had a lovely time and I felt at ease whilst we were away knowing that Rolo was being looked after by Nick. Thank you so much. Will definitely use Nick again.
Nick & family looked after our dachshund (for the second time), she had a great time, lovely walks and Nick kept us up to date with photos and videos. August 2023
Nick and his family welcomed Sweep into their home for an overnight stay as a trial run for some dates up and coming. Lovely family and felt very at ease with him being there. Received updates including pictures showing how he was getting on. Very pleased with how it went and could see they enjoyed his company too. Have already booked dates for his next stay. Highly recommend
Nick and his family were lovely when we went to meet & greet. He was also very accommodating for me being nuts about my dog, and I received lots of pictures and videos and updates of my boy having a nice time. Thank you Nick & fam Xx
Nick and his family obviously love dogs so I was happy to leave our dog in their home. Through several pictures it was clear she was enjoying her time with them which allowed me to enjoy time away.

Schedule
I am able to work from home all the time as my day to day working role is completely remote. This allows me to give the dogs that stay with us the attention they deserve.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced yard. Although I try to walk our dogs 2 to 3 times a day it's nice to have a garden that they can use in-between.
Pets
A typical day
I like to gauge the personality of the dog, if the dog is energetic and wants to play I always make the time for a bit of catch and throw in the local park/ field. It's all about the dog, but I do try to cater for all personalities and all ages.
