This was our second time working with Nichole and we just adore how she takes care of our cats and plays with them. Her rover report cards and communication is great at easing anxiety when we go on our trips.
Nichole took care of our kitties like they were her own and her updates made our day. Plus she goes above and beyond when they cause trouble (sorry for the protein surprise )
