Nichole is a nice girl but she did not fit the need of Zeus my pup. I felt worried the whole time. She didn’t welcome him in any loving way. This is my first experience with Rover. I was told the provider is supposed to let the dog owner know who’s at the house. Her husband is there and we never got to meet him so we could feel comfortable. Everything was fine from 11-5 Saturday she sent a few pictures and communicated a few times. Then asked at 5 if her husband and her can eat out for an hour leaving my dog!!!! I am paying her to watch him not go out! He’s never stayed over to her house and I could tell he was scared from the pictures. He didn’t leave his own bed and none of his toys moved? He always has toys everywhere and especially bring them outside. I let that go and didn’t sleep at all on our 1 day trip. So I didn’t hear from her the next day at all no pictures. I started texting her. Calling rover and she finally responded at 1:30 she was taking a nap!!! I wasn’t paying her to not communicate the whole next day!! I wasn’t sure if my dog was safe. And respond finally 30 min before we picked him up!! We were 3 hours away and left early and sped home. When I got there I was in shock that she told us they didn’t go to dinner that her husbands mom came over to their house. Now how’s that for letting me know when all night I couldnt sleep and it would be nice to know who is around my dog in case he is aggressive with certain people. Never will I let this happen. I was so sick to my stomach and not sure why she would not dogsit properly. She don’t even say good bye to him :(. My fiance brought him over to her. People can be nice but not know how to take care of an animal. Please do a few meet ups and read all reviews. Your animal deserves the best and we lost at this sitter :(

So grateful for Nichole taking care of our pups while we were away! She was very attentive to their needs and cuddled them like they were her own. I feel very comfortable sending my dogs to her.

Nichole was amazing with our sweet girl Hailey! She made us feel so comfortable leaving her and kept us updated during her stay, which meant so much to us. It was clear Hailey was well cared for and loved. We would absolutely trust Nichole with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter.

Lola was in great hands during her stay. It was short and sweet! Nichole was such a wonderful and easy host to communicate with. As any pet parent would be, I was a little worried about leaving Lola overnight with someone new. I am so glad everything went well and that Nichole helped us feel assured that Lola was happy and safe. She did very well during her stay, just as we were told.

My dog was well taken care of! I’d have her watch my dog again anytime :)
