I am currently working remotely part time so I have lots of time to spend with your pets. I am an early bird so I always have time for play, care and love in the mornings. I usually have a couple appointments or errands to run during the day so I am typically in and out. I try not to be gone more than 4 hours during the day, once in a while it may take me a little longer. I like to be home for the day (in your home) around dinner time. That gives us lots of time for play and snuggles.

A typical day for a Rover stay with me may look like this: Waking up and taking care of morning care needs, bathroom/breakfast. Getting lots of snuggles and playing while I drink my coffee and check my emails. If your pet likes to play outside, spending a half hour to an hour outside with whatever activities they enjoy. At that point I may be in and out of the house for a few hours running errands or going to appointments. I'll pop back in when I can for potty breaks, treats and love. I plan on being back to your home before dinner time. Then we will do dinner together, play and hang out. There will be unlimited opportunities for snuggling and love and play in the evening. If you've asked that I do overnight stays, I will do my best to keep your normal routine the same for your pets while you're gone. If your pet usually sleeps on the bed with you, that's okay with me too. If they sleep in their crate with a favorite toy and listen to an audible book at night, we will do that too! :) I want your pet to feel as comfortable and loved while your gone as possible.
Information Nichole G. would like to know about your pet
Is your pet fully potty trained? Do they have any bad habits? Do they show any aggression toward people or other animals? Do they have any fears or things they dislike? Do they need to be in a crate at night or if I need to leave the house? Do they have any medications, special health care needs or diet? Is it okay to give them treats? Which commands have they learned? What are their regular grooming needs? No breed preferences, I am just looking to care for relatively well behaved dogs and cats that don't have any major behavioral or health problems.
A typical day
Playing with toys Snuggling and getting love Getting treats if that's okay with their family Maybe going for a ride and to the park if that's something they would enjoy. Sitting out on the porch and enjoying some sunshine.

Lots of time for love!
Pet care experience
I would love to give my love and time to your fur babies while your away! I have been pet and house sitting for over 26 years. I used to work at a pet store and I have a lot of experience with dogs and animals of all sizes and needs. I use a loving but firm and peaceful approach with training. My German Shepherd named Ravin was my amazing companion for 13 years and I enjoyed going on adventures to find sticks, playing ball, tug of war and just snuggling and getting love. I'd love to do the same for your fur baby.

Reviews

Nichole was excellent! She let us know everything that was going on at all times and sent pics everyday. And the house was left clean and well taken care of.
Nichole is amazing and sweet. You can tell she really loves animals and I feel at ease when she is watching my pups. She is a great sitter and person 🙂
Nichole is wonderful! Communication is top notch - lots of pictures and updates were so appreciated. The two goofballs loved her! Nichole administered medication to one of the dogs, followed feeding and supplement instructions perfectly and took great care of our two doggies. Highly recommended!

Nichole was absolutely wonderful! Our dogs loved her and felt comfortable with her right away — even Bugsy, who usually takes a little time to warm up to new people. It made such a difference being able to keep them in their own home; it was so much less stressful for them. She sent daily photos and updates, and you could clearly see how happy and well cared for they were. I truly couldn’t be happier with the care they received. We would absolutely book with her again!
