Leadership and Love Passionate

Growing up, I have always looked after dogs of close friends and family, and have studied nutrition and health, which led me to work at a pet hotel for about a year with almost every dog breed. My responsibilities included prepping food, cleaning, 1 on 1 play, and group play. I have been in charge of up to 20 dogs at 1 time. I also co-own a dog named Luna. The other owner and I had Luna since she was a puppy and she is now 5 years old. I teach obedience/behavior training to many dogs and I develop trust with dogs that is unique to my experience with various breeds. It takes patience and consistency to be a great leader for dogs and I wear my heart on my sleeve for every dog I'm caring for; communication with your dog is key.

Nicholas did a great job with my pup. He sent lots of photos and videos and was easy to get in contact with. She had a great time!

The experience that I had with Nicholas as a pet caregiver was amazing. He showed empathy towards pets and gives them the attention and care that they deserve. Lastly, he is able to make a connection with pets to get them to feel more comfortable and not nervous when the owners aren’t around.

I've known Nick for a really long time now and his passion for dogs is amazing. He took a great interest in the dogs owned by any friends or family, and made sure that they were healthy and happy, while in his care.

Nick has always loved dogs. Every time he is around them they sense the love he shows them. Nick is a responsible person, who will always put the dog's needs and safety first. I have seen nick raise and train his own dog from a puppy to an adult.

Nicholas has had a deep concern for and connection with dogs for as long as I can remember. I have seen him interact with dogs in a variety of circumstances for the past 14 years. The earliest memory I have of him interacting with dogs was when he walked, watched, fed, and played with my cousin’s Boxer dogs when we were kids. He was very patient, caring, passionate, and responsible with those dogs as a young boy. Over the years, he cared for his friends' dogs as well by walking and watching them. Over time, as he became an adult, he became even more patient, caring, passionate, and responsible with dogs as he bought a Pug with his girlfriend and became a dogsitter at PetSmart. At PetSmart, Nick would always introduce himself to each dog individually and ensure each dog’s safety was met when in the company of other dogs. Despite the dogs’ different personalities and needs, Nick would show the same love and responsibility to each of them. Not only was Nick yearning to give the best lives for his own dog and dogs under his care at work, but he would always and is still always making an effort to greet and show admiration and concern for dogs, who are on walks with their owners on the streets. If I had to recommend a dog caregiver to anyone, I would feel confident in recommending Nicholas to meet any dog owner's expectations. I trust him to practice exceptional love and responsibility for dogs of any sex or breed who are in his care.
