Hi! Larissa and I are life-long pet lovers in the DC area with lots of experience growing up around pets all our lives. My family always had both dogs and cats growing up in Alabama and Larissa always had dogs and cats in Brazil before moving to the US. Together, we adopted two "kids" during the pandemic - Dia (a large, black pit-lab mix) and Noche (a sweet house cat) - that we love and spoil endlessly. We have experience with large dogs and small, old and young. My late Jack Russel Terrier, Figaro developed diabetes and required daily insulin injections twice a day before passing away a few years back, so I also have some experience administering medication We have used Rover on numerous occasions for our own pets (some good and some bad), so we know dependability and reliability are critical when it comes to providing quality care. If you leave a pet or pets with us, you can be sure we will care for them like one of our own!

Trust is the single most important part of any relationship between clients and their sitters/caretakers. Larissa and I have been burned by inattentive and/or undependable sitters before, so we take the responsibility of caring for other people's pets VERY seriously. We will adhere to any special instructions you provide for your pets' care and will treat every pet like one of our own.

Nicholas & Larissa are extremely kind and took extra great care of our anxious dog! I was nervous about finding someone new but they were amazing and she was very comfortable with them. They were also consistent with sending updates/photos which means a lot :) We will 100% be booking them again!

Schedule
Larissa is employed 100% remote and works full-time from home but I’ve had to return to office full-time, so our availability is more limited during the week. We are completely free on weekends. We also own a Kia Soul that is equipped for both canine and feline passengers, and that we use regularly to get around the DMV area.
