Friendly Cat Sitter & Dog Walker
I grew up with two Boston Terriers in addition to birds and fish. I have always loved pets and currently have a cat named Fred. Fred is an active little guy who loves to play with his feather toy and watch seagulls. In addition to my personal experience I have worked with Rover for more than 1.5 years with multiple clients including 10 repeat bookings from customers. I am also able to help customers who are new to Rover better understand how the whole booking and service process works. If you are a first time Rover user let me know and I can help you. I am looking forward to taking good care of your pets. I can do weekdays after 5 pm, due to my day job, or anytime on weekends. I can sometimes accommodate afternoon visits, please message me for details. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me. :) I take good care of your pet(s) as if they were my own. I grew up with many pets including two dogs so I have learned a lot about how to handle them. I now also have a pet cat, Fred, who loves to play with his feather toy. Generally I find when working with animals it is best to remain calm and speak to animals in a low tone of voice.

I care for your pet as if it was my own. I have personal experience owning both dogs and cats. I always strive to comfort the animal in all situations and control my movements and voice to help keep the animal calm. I always ask several key questions to owners about their pet's health, care needs, and emergency situations ahead of the care.

I had a great experience with Nicholas. He was honest and transparent, and went well above expectations in caring for my cats. He really read what each of them needed. He spent extra time engaging my less social cat and got her playing more, and he adjusted my other cat's food, which helped stop his vomiting after a couple of days. I'll happily book him again whenever I leave the city.
Thank you Nicholas for taking such good care of our cat Spud! We really appreciate all the extra details whether it be playing with him, brushing him, feeding and keeping his and our space clean! Nicolas was an amazing cat sitter—so sweet, attentive, and clearly a true cat person. He gave my cat lots of play time and cuddles, and I could tell he felt comfortable with him right away. I also loved the photo updates he sent; the pictures he took of my cat were adorable and really helped me feel at ease while I was away. On top of that, he wrote thoughtful, detailed session summaries each visit, which made me feel completely at ease while I was away. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I am available to help take care of pets on weekday mornings and evenings. I also like to walk dogs or do drop-in visits for cats on the weekends. I am typically available for most holidays.
