Aspiring Vet providing great care!
I’ve been around animals since I was a baby and have had dogs since I was 8 years old. I started pet sitting for friend’s pets when I was 15. Most recently, I have cared for stray dogs and cats around my neighborhood and through a non-profit organization that works in Baja California. Through my volunteer work, I have gained experience in professional pet care, administering medications/shots, puppy/kitten care, and senior animal care. I also have had extensive experience with animals with difficult behaviors. I had a dog with fear-based aggression that I worked with a professional trainer here in San Diego for 4 years with. Therefore, if a very regimented routine is required for your pet, I fully respect that and can provide that for your pet while you’re away. I’m also experienced in crate training and working with high-energy dogs. I love running and hiking so if your pet requires lots of extra attention like that or lots of playtime, I am more than capable of providing that as well. With two dogs of my own and several dogs/cats within our extended family, I understand the care and commitment it takes for your pet to be a happy little camper while you’re away, which as I know from experience can allow you to have some peace-of-mind on vacation!

I currently can only provide care at your home at this time. With my dogs, I’m very conscious on diet and exercise and can follow a feed/exercise schedule if given.

Nick was amazing with our Husky. He was so great about sending updates and pictures and our dog had such a great time with him. I get very anxious being away from my pup- and felt comfortable the whole time I was away because of Nick!
Nicholas was incredible to work with. Extremely professional and flexible, which made everything easy from the start. I genuinely felt like Lou was being cared for by a friend or family member, but with the added confidence and reliability of a true professional. That balance is so hard to find. 10/10 recommend without hesitation.
Nicolas is just great w dogs. He has a way with our big Staffy that keeps her in check and she still has a great relaxed walk. If you need an all around good person watching or walking your fur babies, Nicolas is the guy. I’m so lucky our family and our dog has met him.
Very communicative and he made my puppies his priorities whenever he takes care of them.
Nicholas once again went above and beyond for our cat Pete!!! He gave us very detailed daily updates with lots of photos, which we appreciated since he watched our cat for such a long time! Pete was always so happy to see him, and I really appreciated how Nicholas took the time to play with him. He has watched Pete on two separate occasions, one of the occasions lasting almost two weeks, and we would highly recommend him!
