Safety, trust & environment
I am happy to follow any rules you’ve set for your pet(s). Some pets prefer sleeping in a kennel while some prefer a bed. Some are fed twice a day & some have food available at all times. These are a couple examples, but if you have a routine, I will stick to it! I take this very seriously as I know your pets are part of your family.
Information Niayla M. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your pet needs accommodations of any type. These include food allergies or restrictions, medications, behavioral patterns, or anything else I should be aware of to guarantee the safety of your pet!
A typical day
A typical day begins by feeding your pet & letting them out to do their business as I get ready for the day. I also like to do a morning walk. Before I leave for school, I set up a brain stimulating game for them while I’m away (more info below). After school I return to give your pet some love & attention! I also like to take them on an evening walk if the owner permits. If the pet eats twice a day, I feed them & let them out to do their business before getting school work done. While I work, I typically give them a non-stimulating toy & offer pets while we both wind down from the day. As the day ends, I let them out to use the restroom if they need one more time, & get them settled for the night! I enjoy creating brain stimulation games for your pets if I am at work/school! Some basic examples are playing fetch, destruction boxes, & play time if they have the zoomies. The technique I use most often is treat puzzles where a dog problem solves to find treats (twisted blanket, snuffle mat, etc). If there are ways you like to keep your pet engaged, I’m happy to do those too!

Enthusiastic Pet/House Sitter !
Pet care experience
At the age of 9 years old, I received a puppy that I took care of for 12 years. Growing up in a neighborhood with many neighbors with dogs allowed me to grow very comfortable taking care of them when neighbors were on vacations. Most recently, I took care of one whose family was in Taiwan for two weeks. My responsibilities include (but are not limited to) feeding/watering, walking, cleaning up after, & spending quality time with your pets. I also clean the residence as well! I enjoy creating brain stimulation games for them if I am at work/school!
Reviews
Niayla treats our dogs like they are her own. When they see her excitement they show melts my heart. She spoils them on their walks and plays with them that they sleep so well. I would highly recommend Niayla to watch your fur baby.
I have known Niayla for many years and she has always remained consistent in her kindness, compassion, integrity and commitment to excellence in responsibility. She is actually one of the finest people that I know.
Niayla is an exceptional pet sitter . Her genuine love for animals shines through her responsible and caring approach. Her own family pet was well-loved and expertly cared for. Niayla is reliable, trustworthy and compassionate, and I assure you that you will not have to worry about your pets when she is on sitter duty.
