Pet care fits very naturally into my routine. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets I care for✨ When I’m pet sitting, I love spending quality time with each pet and making sure they feel safe, settled, and happy. I stick closely to their usual routine with walks, feeding, and downtime. I’m also very adaptable and always tailor my care to suit each individual pet’s needs, especially for those who may be anxious or need a little extra reassurance!

A typical day
A typical day is relaxed, calm, and built around your pet’s usual routine 🐾 For dogs, the day includes walks suited to their energy levels, feeding at their normal times, and lots of play, and fuss. I spend plenty of time at home with them so they feel settled and secure. For cats, I make sure they’re fed, their litter tray is kept clean, and they get attention in a way that suits them whether that’s playtime or just quiet company and reassurance.

I’m Niamh an experienced and reliable pet sitter based in Worcester 🐾 I’m a qualified mental health nurse, which has given me a calm, patient approach and a strong understanding of anxiety and behaviour something I bring into how I care for every pet❤️ I absolutely adore animals and have grown up around cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, and gerbils. Over the years, I’ve cared for many different breeds of dogs and cats through house sitting, fostering, and volunteering in animal shelters. I have a real soft spot for rescue and anxious dogs, and I take the time to build trust and help them feel safe and comfortable at their own pace. I’m experienced in administering medication and confident caring for puppies, senior pets, and those with extra needs. Niamh was a great help in walking my labrador whilst I had to visit London for the day for work. We will definitley use her again when we need to. Niamh made herself available to meet us before hand, she was incredibly freindly and clearly has a love for animals. An amazing pair of hands.
Niamh provided an absolutely perfect service from start to finish and excelled in every area. She made regular contact to confirm her appointment with Willlow and arrived on time. We received a complete report of her activities during her stay and received photos of Niamh with Willow on a walk. She stayed longer than we expected her to which meant Willow wasn’t on her own for as long as planned. Niamh is totally trustworthy, clearly loves the animals she cares for a provides a 5 star service.
Gave my pet the best walks during the heat wave arrived earlier and monitored her and i felt really comfortable and happy that she was well looked after.
Highly recommend Niamh, what a lovely, kind and caring person. My cat Dash was well cared for while I was away. Niamh sent little updates and pictures at every visit, which was such a lovely, personal touch. This was my first time using a drop in service but Niamh made me feel at ease.
