I adore animals and nature
I’ve had at least two huge dogs in my home at a time since I was five, and I’ve watched and walked family’s dogs for years. I adore animals and I love to walk dogs around Halifax.

Niambh was fantastic. She was easy to communicate with, sent photos, kept me updated. Wally was happy and well cared for. Would recommend Niambh to look after your dog anytime.
Niambh was amazing, so VERY happy we were able to have her spend time with Frasier. Niambh was flexible when our plans changed, and clearly bonded with Frasier, which was so important. Knowing Niambh is around, we feel much more comfortable making plans that do not need to include our Scottie.
Niambh has watched my pets (cats, dogs, small rodents) since she was 13. At age 4 she wanted to be a farmer. She’s responsible and responsive to pets’ needs. I wholeheartedly recommend her as a pet sitter/ walker.

Schedule
I’m a full-time student so dog walking would happen preferably very early in the morning, or after four pm on week days. I’m very flexible to your schedule.

Safety, trust & environment
I watch animals with the rules of their owner, but I am very gentle with dogs. I tend to walk for an hour and if they are staying at mine I am careful about their resting properly.
Pets
A typical day
I’m a student, so I am usually out of the house for at most four hours. I love going for walks at least twice a day. Usually an hour, and preferably in forest. If dogs are able, I love taking them off-leash for fetch or simply to run around. I love to play with cats, but if that’s not their thing I am happy to give them as much space as they may need.
