I work full time 9AM - 5PM, Monday through Friday. I’m available most weekends and weekday evenings for check-ins and walks. I don’t mind early mornings or late evenings.

My dogs were on strict specialty diets, so I made their food from scratch. They both got two 15-30min walks daily and I made frozen dog treats to keep them stimulated while I was away. I understand each pet and home requires different care. I like to make sure rules and routines are respected while leaving time for bonding and play.

Please let me know ahead of time if your dog has any special needs or medications. Please also let me know if your pet has a tendency to pull or be reactive around other dogs when on walks. I’ll keep treats on hand for positive reinforcement and will make sure to steer clear of other dogs on our route.
A typical day
I like to engage and play with dogs I’m checking in on to make sure they feel comfortable around me and eventually build trust. I prefer to take scenic routes for walks! If you’re comfortable, your dog can jump in the car with me and we can take a nice lap around a lake!

Hi, I'm Nia ☺️✨ I've been a dog owner, lover, and caretaker for 15+ years. When I'm caring for someone else's pet, I like to get to know their personalities and temperaments to make sure they're comfortable around me, which allows me to give them the best care. I have experience following special feeding instructions, administering medications, and caring for dogs that need a little extra patience (joint issues, reactivity, anxiety, etc.). I work 9-5, Monday through Friday, so my weekends are wide open. For boarding, if you book Sat and Sunday all day, you can drop off Friday evening after 6 and pick up Monday morning before 8am! ☺️
