Hi, I’m Nia 👋 I’m 36, originally from Germany, and I’ve been owned by cats my entire life. I currently live in Hyde with my partner and three very opinionated feline housemates, so safe to say cats are a big part of my world. I’ve been cat sitting for years, both here and back in Germany, and I’m very comfortable with all kinds of personalities. From confident explorers to shy little loafs who prefer to observe from a distance, I know how to read cat behaviour and let them set the pace. I’m flexible with feeding times and never in a rush. During my visits, I’ll take care of all the important things like food, fresh water, and litter trays, but I’ll also happily provide playtime, gentle company, and cuddles if invited. I know how important routine is for cats, and I do my best to keep everything feeling normal while you’re away. I’m also confident and experienced in giving medication. You’ll get regular photo updates of your cat(s) living their best life. I know how reassuring it is to see them relaxed and happy when you’re not at home! My special skills include: • Expert level treat distribution • Litter tray cleaning • Being your cats paparazzi • Confident with medication if needed • Keeping an eye on your home while you’re away If you have any questions, feel free to message me. Nia was great with my 2 cats and provided regular updates and lots of pictures. She even got my timid cat out of her shell for play and cuddles 😊 thank you.
I invited Nia to look after my cat for a week and it couldn’t be better - she got along with Nyx from day 1 and sent us updates everyday with plenty of photos. Very happy with Nia and highly recommend her!
Ich habe das erste Mal über CatInAFlat gebucht und Sonia gefunden. Und bin das erste Mal wirklich entspannt in den Urlaub gefahren. Schon nach dem ersten Kennenlernen war klar, dass Sonia eine liebevolle und zuverlässige Katzensitterin ist. Ich habe jeden Morgen und Abend zur verabredeten Zeit tolle Fotos von meinen beiden Katern bekommen und wusste immer, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Ich werde Sonia gerne wieder buchen und empfehle sie sehr gerne weiter.

Sonia hat sich zwei Wochen lang rührend um unsere beiden Katzendamen gekümmert und sie äußerst liebevoll gesittet.Schon beim ersten Kontakt hat sie sich den Katzen professionell genähert und gezeigt, dass sie sich gut auskennt.Absprachen waren überhaupt kein Problem und im Urlaub wurden wir täglich mit Fotos und Videos von unseren beiden Fellnasen versorgt. Updates über das Verhalten unserer Katzen und deren Zustand waren stets dabei.Insgesamt können wir uns keine bessere Katzensitterin für unsere Katzen vorstellen und empfehlen sie wärmstens weiter!
