I have 2 cats, Brownie and Miso. I adopted them both as kittens, and Nghi has been involved with taking care of them ever since. Whenever I go out of town and need someone to care for them, I call Nghi. My two cats have very distinct personalities, one more shy and one more playful. Nghi is able to adapt to both of their needs. She always makes sure they are entertained, fed, and safe. My cats are also very comfortable with Nghi. I do not trust my cats with anyone but Nghi.

I originally had some reservations about leaving my pet to another, but due to my busy schedule it has been unavoidable, but previous experiences with other dog walkers and sitters where my dog doesn't get along with them has led to some mishaps that negatively impacted my dog and made her more cautious with strangers. Unfortunately this made me very concerned about hiring a dog walker for her as well as a pet sitter when I need to run errands or am busy all day which leads to being unable to always keep up with my border collie named Molly's needs and vetting people I hire for the job more carefully. Fortunately my worries were answered when I hired Nghi as Molly warmed up to her quickly after the first meeting and has always been happy to see Nghi ever since showing how phenomenal she is when it comes to handing dogs. Whenever I don't have the time to give her the physical exercise and play time she needs to stay healthy she's the first person that comes to mind as my dog can be quite picky and has saved me from quite a few people with bad vibes. She always arrives on time and early to double check the details of the job and anything else that my dog might need. This makes me feel reassured as I don't always remember everything my dog needs due to my busy schedule.

Nghi is a great dog walker and sitter. I’ve occasionally had her take care of my girl Rebecca and she’s done great every time. Nghi always makes sure to be punctual and gets along great with Rebecca, and let me tell you, Rebecca can be a handful. She’s by no means a small dog either (she’s a bernes) she’s not aggressive but she’s extremely playful, gets easily distracted and loves to throw her weight around as if she were some small dog. What i found most surprising was how easily Nghi got Rebecca to open up to her, she’s usually quite reserved around strangers but after a quick meet with Nghi they’ve been good friends since.
