To Whom It May Concern: I have had the privilege of knowing Neyla since she was in middle school, and throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to watch her grow into the amazing young woman she is today. Even from a young age, Neyla has consistently demonstrated an impressive level of drive, motivation, and determination. When she sets her mind to accomplishing something, she follows through. When she is presented with an opportunity to learn something new, she gives it her full effort and approaches it wholeheartedly.
