This booking was scheduled from 10/20/25 at 9:30am to 10/22/25 9:30pm. In the end, she was paid from 10/21/25- 10am - 10/21/25- 9:30pm. Here’s how…. Nethra invited her fiancé into my home without informing me! So, I closed my bank account on Saturday. My booking was scheduled for Monday morning. Sunday, Nethra came by to do the initial meeting. After she left and tried to secure the booking, that’s when I realized how me closing my account would affect the booking. I was transparent w/ everything and we still chose to proceed with me planning to get everything situated Monday morning. I did just that. Went to the bank Monday morning before departing from my trip. Ensured my account was active and that my digital wallet was attached to Apple wallet. However, when going to pay for the booking, the payment was declined. At this point, Nethra was either in route or already with Cookie. Again, I explained everything and was transparent. We agreed to move forward with the possibility of paying in cash if it came down to it. Which was more than fine!! Just a caveat, my job is paying for this booking due to me having to go on a work trip! So payment is not an issue at all! I asked if she had any concerns and the only one she expressed was ensuring that she could be paid before the booking was finalized. I proceeded with sending Cookie’s instructions and went on about my day. Later that night, I contacted Nethra to ask if they were fine and to check to see if Cookie was giving her any problems. She said everything was fine but said Cookie was giving her a hard time on her walks and would only stay out 10-15 minutes!! (The request was for her to be walked for 30minutes.) That was the first red flag because that’s the strangest thing I’ve ever heard reported about my pup! Cookie LOOOOVES being outside!! I literally have to pick her up to bring her inside so that was really alarming. I have a ring camera and 1 puppy camera that’s really there to ensure I can see who enters my home and to make sure no one enters my room. A camera that I was upfront about when she came to visit. Throughout the night, I kept receiving these notifications from my puppy camera. After tossing and turning throughout the night, something told me to check my cameras, which I never do unless there’s an issue, and what I found was Nethra brining a man into my home at 9:36pm on 10/20/25. I took the screenshots and sent them to her asking her to leave once she woke up. Then as I thought about it, I wanted her gone then… I don’t bring men into my own home. Hell, I don’t have company in my home!!! No one is supposed to be in my home but the people who are given access… period!! And I didn’t think I needed to explain that but this seems to be the culture of Rover!! When I contacted her, her reasoning for having her fiancé there was because I have cameras all around my home, there was no booking in place, and it was for her security. That excuse made no sense to me b/c even w/ her man present, that didn’t produce any magical booking! And had we kept the booking in place, I’m almost positive that he would have left before I arrived home Wednesday night to give the allusion that she’d completed the visit in its entirety alone! The way she didn’t express security as a concern upfront, did not think to get clearance or even try to negotiate his attendance lets me know that this is just what she does on her bookings! Nevertheless, she basically refused to leave until the booking was squared away. Which even on the backend, Rover wasn’t able to go in a make the necessary adjustments. We had to settle the 1 day payment by booking the appointment for today, 10/21/25! The booking now reads 10/21/25 10 am - 9:30pm…. Something that Rover should take a real look at and fix!! I was on the phone reporting this issue with Rover for an hour! My first text to Nethra was at approximately 5:08am CT! I called Rover at 5:33am, the call lasted for 59minutes. Nethra was immediately notified however, she just left my home at 7:20am. I do appreciate her making sure Cookie had water before she left but she came into my home and disrespected it. Took her sweet ass time leaving. And now my puppy is in jeopardy of being left alone for 48hours. I am beyond pissed!! This whole ordeal has just inconvenienced me in so many ways! Here I am 17 hours away from home. I’m not due to return until approximately 9pm tomorrow night. I’m on a work retreat where I cannot even give my undivided attention to because of this. Cookie is an emotional support puppy and she needs me just as much as I needs her! This has messed with my mental health soooo bad and I will not rest until something is done!!

Based on the pictures and how calm she was when she came home, Bella seemed to have enjoyed her day with Nethra. I am sure she loved the cuddles and nap.
