I am a pilates instructor so I have quite a relaxed schedule, I tend to teach maximum 2 / 3 classes a day. I am usually home for big chunks of time between classes if I have multiple on a day, as I only teach in surrounding areas to my flat. I will also have random days off with no classes at all during the week and I don’t teach Sundays :) As my schedule is quite flexible, I can usually work around your timings quite easily. Weekends / weekdays don’t make much of a difference to me as I don’t have the Monday to Friday job structure.

Safety, trust & environment

I don’t currently have any other pets, so you don’t need to worry about your dog having to adjust to another pet in the house. I have a small backyard that is completely fenced off with a big wall, so it is safe to nip out there for toilet breaks / to stretch small doggos legs. I live really near two big parks, both very dog friendly. So there’s plenty of opportunity for long walks / run arounds.

Information Nesli A. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs ahead of time, as I’d want to make sure my schedule is suitable for the care they need before we agree on spending time together. Our flat isn’t huge and our backyard is small, so we can only accommodate small to medium breeds. We’ll always aim to get one big walk in and some smaller ones throughout the day (obvs depending on the dogs size / needs), because we don’t have a big back garden, we wouldn’t be able to accommodate super energetic dogs who might need quite a lot of running around time to burn off energy and relax.

A typical day

A typical day when I’m with a doggo friend would include a trip to one of the two gorgeous parks near us for a run around and to stretch our legs, to play games / throw a ball around and have a good sniff around in the rose gardens / woodland areas. We would of course also do smaller wonder arounds throughout the day to break up the day / for them to go to the loo. At home, we can also play games and have lots of cuddles, making sure they’re fed and watered as per their owners’ guidance.

Pet care experience

Hello, my name is Nesli! I’m a huge dog person and have been looking after friends and family dogs for years as I love spending time with them :) I used to look after a gorgeous Shih Tzu, Willow, who had severe separation anxiety so always had to be around people. She belonged to a colleague and I was their go to sitter as Willow and I got on so well and because I really loved and cared for her. I’d have her a lot of the weekends, whenever her owners went on holidays for a couple of weeks, I even had her for 2.5months at one point as the owner had to go and deal with a sickness in the family. I love building a bond with dogs and find it quite easy to do so, so when they’re with me we both feel at home :) I live in a ground floor flat with a small courtyard at the back. I am a 5 minute walking distance from two huge parks - Morden Hall Park and Morden Park. I have a car so can help with pick up and drop off within reasonable distance.

It seems like Peggy was very happy with Nesli! She came back walked and fed and I received plenty of updates. I would 100% book with her again

Nesli looked after Rory so well! I got lovely photos and little updates, which made me feel really relaxed while I was away. She totally understood what an older dog needs and made sure he was happy and comfy. I’d book again in a heartbeat!

Nesli was absolutely fantastic, and our 4 y.o. yorkie Chelsea had splendid 5 days away from home! Communication was friendly and prompt from the very first message, and we were totally at ease leaving Chelsea in her care. We received daily updates with photos, our pet was happy, relaxed, and well looked after. Nesli followed all our instructions closely, including feeding routine and daily walks. We’ll definitely book again! Highly recommend for anyone seeking a professional and genuinely caring dog sitter.
