Over the past couple of years, I have switched from working with animals to working from home as a digital content manager as it offers a better work-life balance and gives me the flexibility to spend more time with my dogs. It also means I can start offering services like this on the side. My dogs are both crate trained, so dogs staying at mine will never be left alone together unsupervised. If your pet can't be left alone, my partner is a hybrid worker & I can make sure he's home before running errands. We are an adventurous couple & will often go on walking adventures with our pair on the weekend 🐾

Safety, trust & environment

We offer a warm, comfortable and safe environment for your pet. We allow animals on the furniture but not upstairs. Due to our own dogs being crate trained, we prefer to take on dogs that are also crate trained when it comes to boarding at our home so they have a safe space to sleep overnight (crate training isn’t necessary for daycare clients or calm, confident dogs). Dogs will always be fed separately & will be given breaks to rest after meals, walks & playtime. We can offer as many or as little walks depending on the needs of your dog alongside plenty of cuddles, games & supervised doggy playtime 🐾

Information Neoma T. would like to know about your pet

1. Daily routine 2. Exercise needs 3. Grooming requirements 4. Sleeping arrangements 5. Important rules to follow (if any) 6. Any medical needs or behavioural problems I have 2 dogs of my own, so my main requirement is that your pet is good with other dogs in the house. I am happy to take on multiple dogs from the same household. Ideally, your dog needs to be house trained. Due to having our own dogs and other dogs in and out of the house, we don't want scents around their living space as it can lead to repeat marking. We understand that puppies & senior dogs can have accidents. If your pet is destructive, they’ll NEED to be crate trained. Any other medical or behavioural issues must be declared before or during the meet & greet.

A typical day

Our typical day consists of cuddles on the sofa while I work & fun walks throughout the day, this will vary depending on the weather, age & breed needs. We live a stones throw away from Hyde Park so there are plenty of smells and sights for dogs to explore on a daily basis. On warmer weekends, me, my partner & the dogs will go on hikes around reservoirs, country parks and in the Peaks. With your permission, we'd be more than happy to go on some adventures with your dog and give them the best experiences while they're away from home.

Pet care experience

I am an experienced pet care professional with tons of animal-related skills and knowledge. My goal is to offer your pet loving and affordable care when you're not around. Me and my partner haven't had the best experiences with sitters, so we're dedicated to creating the perfect environment that works for your pet, as we know we want our dogs to be treated as part of the family when we aren't around. We have 2 dogs of our own, a Pug & a medium-sized “Shepomsky” (a mixed breed). While we had a lot of pets stay during 2024, currently, I’m mainly focusing on drop ins & walks, with daycare slots available for suitable dogs. I offer boarding by request to pets that have either stayed before, or dogs who have got to know me through walks, drop ins and/or daycare. This will make the transition from your home to mine much easier compared to being thrown in to the deep end, and you can rest easy knowing your pet is safe and with a person you both know pretty well. Whether it's at your house or mine, I understand the importance of routine, sticking to the same rules and continuing training if necessary. So you can rest assured that your pet will be treated the same as they are at home! I can also send as many pupdates as you want 📸🐶🐱 A little bit more about me. I currently work from home & my job is very accommodating, so I can be available almost anytime throughout the day. I have always had animals and was mostly raised with/around large dogs. I am a qualified dog groomer & I’m comfortable providing specialised care and treatment for animals that suffer from medical conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, etc. Growing up, I always wanted to become a vet so I dedicated most of my life to animal-related work and work experience. I changed my mind after my experiences, but wanted to keep my options open so got my degree in Zoology in 2019. Some jobs I have had include: > Worked at Pets at Home for over 4 years > Completed my dog grooming qualification in 2018 > Grooming salon manager for over a year in 2021 > Trained approx. 20 people how to groom dogs > Volunteered at 2 veterinary practices > Volunteered at a pet rescue > Worked in a boarding kennels & cattery > Worked closely with wild animals at a private zoo > Helped on several family/friends’ farms, small holdings & a stables Due to working with animals for so many years, I am very confident with all kinds of dogs and know how to handle various breeds, ages, personalities and medical conditions in a professional environment. Whether you have a golden oldie or a cheeky puppy, I’ll be able to offer them the best care possible with plenty of love, cuddles, playtime & suitable walks 🐾 *I would be happy to care for your small animals for an additional fee. I can also offer a bath, brush and blow dry for your dog so they come home smelling and looking fresh!*

Very happy with Neoma, my cat Henry is very anxious and scared of new people, told her that she prob wouldn’t see him much and just to put his food down etc but she sent me pics on the first day of her fussing him, he took to her straight away, I got regular updates, wasn’t worried about him at all while I was away, can definitely recommend

Noema was really nice to meet and went out of her way to make sure Cody felt at ease and was happy with her. Ten out of ten.
