Did a great job. My little puppy had a great experience. I was the nervous one never having left him before. But they provided great communication and updates and took care of him very well. He came back to me a happy puppy (not like happens in some kennels when they come back anxious and over stimulated and ignored). Thank you for the great care of my puppy.

Nelson was phenomenal with Yuri my kitten. Punctual for pick up, communicative and friendly. His space is cozy and perfect for your furry friend. Thank you 😊

Nelson was great with biggy

I’ll be honest, I was borderline between the two and a three star rating on this one. Here are the positives. Nelson was very friendly and very quick to respond during the set up process. Also, he picked up and dropped off at the arranged times. What needs to be improved? If he’s doing in-house dog sitting, my expectation is that he would have kennels for the dogs and dishes to feed and water them. Or at the very least if he doesn’t have those to communicate that ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. Finding that out while he’s picking them up is not a very opportune time I had to buy a kennel and have it shipped to him same day because I was out of town and another family member was there to arrange the drop off. During the day was almost nonexistent. I’ve grown to appreciate the daily updates and it’s fun to see the pictures of the dogs when they are at the sitter. We got one picture from him the entire time they were there and the only times he responded with an update was after my wife asked how the dogs were doing. It made me wonder how much he was paying attention to them during their stay. Lastly, we were a little surprised. He didn’t even know what a Frenchie was. It’s a very common and popular breed of dog. All in all I think was a little fine-tuning in his process and communication. Nelson can be a great dog sitter but he’s not quite there today.

Great communication, went above and beyond!!

Nelson did a great job watching our four animals. Communication was clear, everything was handled responsibly, and we came home to happy pets and a well-kept house. Would absolutely book again.
